Gîte la Valsèque

Come and relax at Au Gîte de la Valsèque! You'll be staying in the heart of a Minervois vineyard, around 1 km from the village, on the edge of a young olive grove, in a relaxing environment.

Just a few hundred meters away, you can enjoy long walks along the Canal du Midi—designed by Paul Riquet—or stop by the village to grab a bite to eat at the harbor. From the holiday cottage, surrounded by vineyards and garrigue, you can set out to explore the Minervois region; the owners—winegrowers and olive farmers—will share their passion for this terroir with you and introduce you to their fascinating craft. Just a few kilometers away, you can visit the Abbey of Caunes-Minervois, the Cité de Minerve, the caves in the Montagne Noire, and, of course, the Cité de Carcassonne and the sites of the Cathar Country. In the town itself, you’ll have access to a wide range of amenities. Just 100 meters away, you can enjoy the owners’ pool from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (open from early June to late September), as well as the relaxation area located next to it.

The single-story holiday cottage features a fully equipped kitchen-living room opening onto a beautiful panoramic terrace with patio furniture and a plancha grill. There is one bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a toilet. Electric vehicle charging station (additional fee). Private parking next to the holiday cottage, bocce court, and bike parking.
