Located in the peaceful village of Cuxac-Cabardès, this upstairs Holiday cottage is an invitation to relax and get away from it all. Accessible by an outside staircase, it is located in a Semi-detached house with the owners' house.

The Holiday cottage has a beautiful private terrace, offering a breathtaking view of the plain and the Pyrenees. It's the perfect place to enjoy a sunny breakfast, dine al fresco or simply relax with a good book in front of a soothing landscape.

The hosts also give you access to their private Piscine, a real asset after a day of sightseeing. The pool area is designed to respect your peace and quiet, so you can enjoy it to the full.


The Holiday cottage is ideally situated for exploring the treasures of the Cathar countryside by car, bike, horse or hike, in the heart of the magnificent natural landscapes of the Mountain Noire. Visit the Châteaux de Lastours, offering spectacular views over the valley. A little further afield, explore the majestic Cité de Carcassonne, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The impressive Mazamet footbridge is also a must-see. The Brousses paper mill offers an insight into traditional craftsmanship. Shops (restaurant, bakery, grocery store, Doctor, Pharmacy) are located in the heart of the village, less than 900m away.


The Holiday cottage is on the same level (floor 1):

- A living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a TV, a dining table and an open kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, senseo espresso maker).

- One bedroom with double bed (140x190cm).

- Separate shower room (shower, WC).

Private, secure parking inside the property.
End-of-stay cleaning must be done on departure.
