Located in the peaceful village of Cuxac-Cabardès, this upstairs holiday cottage is the perfect place to relax and get away from it all. Accessible via an outdoor staircase, it is located in a semi-detached house adjacent to the owners’ home.

The holiday cottage features a beautiful private terrace offering breathtaking views of the plain and the Pyrenees. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a sunny breakfast, an al fresco dinner, or simply relax with a good book while taking in the soothing scenery.

The hosts, who are very discreet, also give you access to their Piscine, a real treat after a day of sightseeing. The Piscine area is designed to respect your privacy, so you can enjoy it to the fullest.


The holiday cottage is ideally located for exploring the treasures of Cathar Country by car, bike, horseback, or on a hike through the magnificent natural landscapes of the Mountain Noire. Visit the Castles of Lastours, which offer a spectacular view of the valley. A little further afield, explore the majestic City of Carcassonne, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The impressive Mazamet footbridge is also a must-see. The Brousses Paper Mill offers a glimpse into traditional craftsmanship. Shops (Restaurant, bakery, grocery store, Doctor’s office, Pharmacy) are located in the heart of the village, less than 900 meters away.

On the same level (first floor), the holiday cottage includes:

- A living room with a seating area featuring a sofa bed for 2 people and a TV, a dining table, and an open kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, Senseo espresso machine).
- A bedroom with a 140x190cm bed.
- A separate bathroom (shower, toilet).

Private, secure parking within the property.
End-of-stay cleaning must be done upon your departure. Smoking is prohibited inside the holiday cottage.
