Situated in a quiet, residential area of Lézignan, you'll appreciate the tranquility of the surroundings for a pleasant, relaxing stay! The gîte's location also means that many amenities are just a few minutes away (shops and swimming pool less than 500m away, train station and hiking trails 5 minutes away).

Lézignan's central location between Carcassonne and Narbonne, the Minervois and the Corbières, means you can visit much of the department in less than 40 minutes: the medieval city of Carcassonne, Narbonne and its historic center, the beaches of the Aude coastline, the Port d'Homps on the Canal du Midi, the city of Minerve, the Cathar castle of Villerouge-Termenès or Lagrasse, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France: everything you need to make the most of your vacation. On site, the Holiday cottage has a large outdoor area with a terrace and garden furniture, where you can relax and enjoy meals outside, and a garage for your car.

The Holiday cottage is air-conditioned and comprises a living room with TV and sofa, a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. Bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin, separate WC. One bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a second bedroom with two single beds (90cm) and a third bedroom with a single bed ideal for a child or teenager. Private terrace and garage. Possibility of parking a 2nd car inside the Holiday cottage or in front. Baby Equipment. Towels not included. Housework optional at 50€. Electricity extra. Pets allowed, but only small ones, otherwise see owner directly.
