Large enclosed and shaded adjoining garden of 1000m² with garden furniture in different parts of the garden. Illuminated plot and remote-controlled gate. You are 2 km from the City center, entertainment and shops. The medieval city is 4 km away. Throughout the summer, numerous free shows are organized as part of the Carcassonne Festival. Lake with supervised swimming and La Cavayère Nautical Base 7km away. Holiday cottage comprises: Large living room opening onto terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, separate fitted kitchen. Small checkroom and WC. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with 2 160cm beds and 2 90cm beds. Shower room, separate WC. Reversible air-conditioning on ground floor, including Electric heating upstairs.

Trois semaines agréables !
5/5Nous avons passé trois belles semaines entre repos, gastronomie et culture. La maison est agréable et pratique, bien située, proche de nombreux et variés sites à découvrir sans faire de longs trajets en voiture. L'accueil de Bernard, le propriétaire, est très chaleureux, toujours plein d'attention et de bons conseils. Un séjour à recommander !

Très bon séjour au gite du Bois de Serres
5/5Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires: ils sont très attentionnés et disponibles. Avec bébé, nous avions tous les équipements nécessaires (chaise, baignoire, lit parapluie). Le gite est très bien équipé, situé au calme, terrain bien arboré et entièrement clôturé avec possibilité d'y garer plusieurs voitures. On passe forcément un agréable séjour au gite du Bois de Serres!
