It offers exceptional brightness and a breathtaking view of the Bages lakes. Mas Rojac comprises 3 independent Holiday cottages (nos. 11G1388, 11G1390, 11G2899) and the owner's accommodation. It's close to the village of Roquefort-des-Corbières (2km), Sigean (supermarkets), the Etangs de Leucate (surfing) and the Beach (10 min. drive). Ideal for walking, hiking and cycling. Parking at the foot of the Holiday cottage. Above a garage and quite independent, Holiday cottage comprising: large 50m² living room with open-plan kitchen. Wifi (ADSL to share). Separate toilet. On the second level, master bedroom with double bed (140cm) and integrated Italian shower + W.C. 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90cm) each. Second shower room with Italian shower, bath and toilet. Large bay windows opening onto terrace with garden furniture and plancha. Underfloor central heating. Pets allowed.

Le lieu est magnifique ainsi que le gite, la propriétaire discrète et accueillante et les chiens y sont vraiment les bienvenus.
Les nuits ont été difficiles car il faisait 27° dans les chambres, pas de clim certes mais pas de ventilateurs non plus dans les chambres. Bien que conquis par l'endroit nous ne relouerons pas le gite en été.Virginie
