Situated in Montséret, in the Corbières mountains, this Holiday cottage is the ideal base for exploring the Aude region. As soon as you leave the estate, numerous hiking and mountain bike trails invite you to explore the typical landscapes of the region. Just 30 minutes away, the Mediterranean beaches await you for moments of idleness. You can also take advantage of your stay to visit the medieval city of Carcassonne, the abbeys of Fontfroide and Lagrasse, or the vineyards renowned for their AOC Corbières wines.
The Holiday cottage has a private, unenclosed courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue for outdoor meals. Next door, an enclosed area features a private swimming pool (4.5 m x 4.5 m, depth 1.40 m), open approximately from May 20 to the end of September, as well as a terrace area for your moments of relaxation. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.
Inside, you'll find a large, bright living room with sitting area overlooking the courtyard, as well as a separate, fully-equipped kitchen for self-catering. A storeroom completes this practical space.
The bedrooms are distributed as follows:
- 1 bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds
The Holiday cottage also includes a bathroom, separate WC and heating via reversible air-conditioning.
On arrival, you'll be offered a welcome basket of local produce to get your stay off to a good start.

Gilles un séjour parfait
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
Tout est parfait, l’accueil, le gîte, la localisation, le calme, la literie.Nous recherchions un gîte au calme, excentré et loin du bruit de la côte.
Le coin terrasse est très agréable pour le petit-déjeuner, repas et apéros.
La piscine est un vrai plus en cas de chaleur.Il nous tarde nos prochaines vacances d'été pour revenir :)
Nous ne recommandons que très fortement de faire un séjour chez Sylvie et Franck.Merci encore pour ce séjour.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans le gîte Sainte Marie des Ollieux.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Sylvie qui a su répondre à nos sollicitations, nous conseiller pour visiter la region avec écoute et bienveillance.
Le gîte est grand, bien équipé (les matelas sont de qualité), propre et bien entretenu.
Il possède également une climatisation qui est très appréciable l'été.
La piscine privative est indéniablement un plus pour se rafraîchir dans cette région où la chaleur est présente.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et je recommande vivement ce gîte dans une région qui a cruellement été touchée par les incendies mais qu'il convient de continuer de soutenir tant elle est belle et ses habitants accueillants.- Cleanliness

Le gîte est spacieux, au calme, parfaitement équipé, d'une propreté irréprochable et luxe ultime il dispose d'une piscine privative de belle taille. Sylvie bien que trés discrète à répondu trés rapidement à toutes nos demandes et s'est avérée de trés bon conseil. Nous reviendrons trés probablement pour finir notre circuit de découverte.

Phil & Flo Excellent Séjour
Superbe semaine à Sainte Marie des Ollieux. Gîte de plein pied, spacieux et confortable avec une excellente literie.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine et la climatisation avec des températures extérieures proche de 38°.
Tranquillité assurée car le domaine est situé au milieu des vignobles du Corbières.
Merci aux propriétaires, Sylvie et Franck, très accueillants, disponibles et discrets à la fois.
