Located in the Aude region between Narbonne and Perpignan, Sigean embodies all the charm of southern villages. Renowned for its famous African Reserve, it is a delight for nature and animal lovers. Between peaceful ponds and wild beaches just minutes away, the area offers a mosaic of unspoilt landscapes. Walking or cycling, discovering wine estates, birdwatching around the Etang de Sigean... every day invites exploration or contemplation. The Holiday cottage is ideally located: just 3 km from the village center and close to the RN9, yet retaining the enveloping calm of the Countryside. Numerous Hiking trails start directly from the gite, and the nearby pond invites you to take a break from nature. Set in the courtyard of a working vineyard, the Pechmao gite is attached to the home of the owners, passionate winegrowers who will be happy to introduce you to their wines during a wine tasting on request. Set on two levels, the Holiday cottage comprises: Air-conditioned first floor: _A fully-equipped kitchen (gas stove, dishwasher, classic coffee maker + Senséo), _A laundry room with W.C. and washing machine, _A living room - dining room, Upstairs: _A bedroom with a 140cm bed, _A bedroom with two 90cm beds, _A bedroom with a 90cm bed, _A bathroom with shower cubicle, _A separate W.Outside: _A covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, _A shady garden adjoining and a little further away, _The owner's swimming pool, to be shared by them, open from mid-May to mid-September, (barrier security + alarm) Various Kids' games available on site, ping-pong table, bike loan possible. Private parking space on the property. Electric heating extra, depending on season.
