Set in the heart of the mountains of the Aude Pyrenees, this large 5-person Holiday cottage is just 500m from the Lake.

There's plenty to do in the surrounding area: visit the Cathar castle of Montségur, the Thermal baths at Ax-les-Thermal bath, snow sports at the Camurac ski resort in winter, or swimming and water sports in the region's rivers and lakes in summer. Belcaire is also an excellent starting point for exploring the trails of the Pays Cathare or the winding roads ideal for cycle touring. A perfect place to recharge your batteries, unwind and enjoy the natural and cultural riches of the Aude mountains.

On site, you can enjoy the tranquility of the village, go hiking directly from the Holiday cottage or stroll around nearby Lake Belcaire.

Situated in the heart of the village of Belcaire, this Holiday cottage welcomes you to a peaceful setting between mountains and forests, ideal for a stay in the fresh air. The gîte boasts a pleasant, private, elevated terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals or summer evenings stargazing. The Holiday cottage also benefits from a closed garage and a private covered carport, practical for storing bicycles, skis or any other leisure equipment.


First floor:
- Entrance hall.
- Separate shower room (shower, WC, washing machine).
- A garage.

1st floor:
- Living room with lounge (sofa and TV), dining table, fully-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, senseo and filter coffee maker, microwave, oven, gas hob).
- Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

2nd floor:
- Bedroom 1: bed 160x200cm.
- Bedroom 2: one 140x190cm bed and one 90x190cm bed.
- Separate WC.

Pets allowed, but only small dogs. Cleaning must be done at the end of your stay, otherwise you will be charged 80€. Bedding provided except bedspread. Towels are not provided.
