In the heart of the Lauragais region, between Toulouse and Carcassonne, this holiday cottage welcomes you to a picturesque village just 8 km from Castelnaudary. Nestled on the ruins of the old city wall, it offers an authentic and peaceful setting, ideal for a getaway in a region rich in heritage and traditions.
From the village, numerous hiking trails allow you to explore the Lauragais, while Lake Saint-Ferréol, 14 km away, offers the perfect setting for swimming and water sports. For kids, a playground is located 300 meters away, and sports enthusiasts will enjoy a recreational area with a fitness trail, a pétanque court, and a tennis court—all free to use—just 400 meters away.
Shops are located 8 km away, and several restaurants can be found within a 10- to 15-km radius. The medieval city of Carcassonne is a 40-minute drive away.

A heating surcharge is payable to the owners if the authorized limit is exceeded. Combined heating system: reversible air conditioning in the bedrooms, radiators, and a wood-burning stove on the ground floor.
