From the village, you'll be able to explore a region rich in cultural attractions: the Lake de Jouarres and its nautical base are just 10 minutes away by car, as are the Abbey of Caunes Minervois, the Cité de Minerve, the caves in the Mountain Noire and, of course, the Cité de Carcassonne and the sites of the Pays Cathare. The Mediterranean Beaches and Roman Narbonne are around 45 minutes away. The Holiday cottage is surrounded by vineyards and nature, ideal for hikers and mountain bikers, with easy access to the L'estagnol Natura 2000 area, where numerous bird species can be observed. The owner provides 2 mountain bikes.
Holiday cottage comprises a living room with kitchen, shower room with WC. One bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 single bed (90cm). Fully enclosed grounds with garden furniture and barbecue. Parking on the property.
Electricity consumption: 2kwH/day/person included. Excess consumption to be paid to the owner at the end of your stay.

Louloute Très bon gîte !
Très bon accueil, facile d'accès grâce aux coordonnées GPS. Propriétaire disponible en cas de besoin. Gîte calme, espace clôturé, on peut se garer à l'intérieur. Je recommande fortement !

Propriétaire super gentil il nous a même offert des bonnes choses à déguster.Le gîte est propre au calme sans vis à vis avec un petit coin de jardin sympa et tranquille.

Nous vous remercions pour votre retour. Nous avons bien noté que la mention "je ne recommande pas à un ami" ne concerne pas directement le gîte, mais plutôt les conditions météorologiques exceptionnelles lors de votre séjour, en particulier la canicule, qui vous a malheureusement empêchés de profiter pleinement des visites dans la région.
