The site of La Métairie, on the edge of the pine forest, faces south, with beautiful views over the Minervois countryside, will be the perfect setting for a stay to discover the local culture. You'll be able to recharge your batteries in the private 8x4 fenced swimming pool on the edge of the olive grove (open until 9pm from June 1 to September 30). Peace and quiet will be the watchwords throughout your stay. You'll be close to many places to visit, including the medieval city of Carcassonne just 40 minutes away, 30 minutes from Roman Narbonne and 40 minutes from Béziers. The village of Pouzols-Minervois is the starting point for many hiking and mountain biking trails, and is close to the town of Minerve for lovers of historical heritage.
The Holiday cottage comprises on the first floor a large living room with dining area, a sitting room with sofas and TV, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (80cm), and a private bathroom (shower and WC). Upstairs, a bedroom with a 160cm bed and two 80cm beds that can be joined together, with its own shower room (shower, WC and double-sink sink), and a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a Bunk beds for two people, with its own shower room (shower, WC and double-sink sink). Large terrace, dining area under porch and garden furniture, play area for Kids, private Piscine. Chickens, a few sheep and two geese will be your nearest neighbors. WIFI ACCESS. Baby Equipment. Parking on the property. Linen and towels included and optional end-of-stay cleaning.

3/5Gîte charmant dans un cadre agréable et avec un accueil vraiment très chaleureux de la propriétaire qui a été très disponible. Le gîte mériterait néanmoins un bon rafraîchissement sur les extérieurs et du tri dans la vaisselle mise à disposition. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille, mais pour un gîte 3 épis le rapport qualité prix n’est pas vraiment au rendez-vous

Gîte avec beaucoup de charme
5/5Grand gîte de caractère, très bien aménagé et achalandé.
Situé en pleine campagne, au calme
La literie est impeccable.
Il y a beaucoup de vaisselle.
L'espace salon est grand et permet d'être confortablement installé pour les soirées apéro.
Dans la famille il a été loué 2 fois mais toujours l'hiver, il a fait beau on a pu profiter à minima de l'extérieur mais en été il doit être agréable aussi, peut être testerons nous.

1/5Très bon accueil et gite qui paraît propre lorsqu'on visite (aspirateur passé, nettoyage des sanitaires et lits faits). Mais après, on déchante très vite : il ne faut surtout ouvrir aucun meuble pour poser ses affaires, tout est sale et poussiéreux. Tout est bricolé et rien, achevé. Le lave vaisselle ne lave rien. Le lave linge pue. La piscine est verte et pas dans le jardin. Les poules ne vivent pas dans le poulailler mais "chient" et vivent au milieu de nous. L'extérieur est un dépotoir : tout ce qui est cassé traîne partout. La maison est vraiment loin de toute visite culturelle. Il faut compter plus de temps que de nombre de kilomètres et le chemin pour accéder à la maison est à la limite du praticable. Sans compter les chiens des voisins qui aboient en non stop certaines nuits, le fil à linge qui est dans le poulailler où débarquent les moutons ... La propriétaire a beau être gentille ... Cela ne fait pas tout. J'en suis vraiment navrée ... Mais je préfère prévenir les suivants pour que la qualité du service s'améliore un peu beaucoup ...

Bonjour Madame, je vous remercie d'avoir pris le temps de nous faire part de votre ressenti suite à votre séjour chez nous. Je regrette que notre gîte ne vous ait pas convenu. Nous serons plus vigilents à l'avenir. Cependant, le fait de réaliser des travaux dans la propriété a également généré quelques gênes et nous en sommes désolés.
