Gîte de la Berre

Located in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional de la Narbonnaise in the town of Sigean, you'll be ideally situated to discover the jewel of the region through magnificent landscapes (ponds, lagoons, garrigue and wild beaches).

Famous for its wine, this wine-growing region awaits you to discover its terroir. The seaside resort of Port-la-Nouvelle and its beaches are less than 10 minutes away, as is the lake, where you can enjoy beautiful walks all year round. A wide range of shops (supermarkets, restaurants, wine cellars) are just a short drive away. On site, you'll enjoy a lovely 36 m2 sunny terrace with garden furniture and parasol, where you can enjoy your meals and moments of relaxation. There is no private parking space, but you can park your car in front of the gate, and there is street parking if you have a second car or for guests.
The Holiday cottage is on one level and enclosed, comprising an air-conditioned living room with a sitting area (sofa bed, armchair and TV), a fully-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, mini-oven, two coffee makers) and a dining area. The Holiday cottage has a first bedroom with a double bed (140cm) giving direct access to the small terrace at the rear. A second bedroom with two 90cm beds. An independent shower room. Separate WC. Electric heating in the bedrooms. Baby equipment available on request. Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are optional.
