Independent single-storey Holiday cottage in a farmhouse set in 5 hectares of enclosed grounds, 500 m from Lake Cavayère with its Nautical Base and Beach, enclosed courtyard adjoining two dwellings. Shared Piscine open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
It comprises a living room/kitchen, bathroom, toilet, 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1: 1 x 140cm bed + 1 x 90cm bed; bedroom 2: 1 x 140cm bed), central heating included, well-insulated cottage, 2 terraces, one of which is an intimate 30 m2 south-facing terrace, electric barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs. Car parking. Bike room.
The proximity of the Lake offers a wide range of activities in summer: pedalos-paddle rentals; waterjump water park; water teleskiing; 2 supervised beaches; for the rest of the year, accrobranche, Fishing, 4.5 km walks around the lake.
