Ideally located just 500m from Lake de la Cavayère, the Holiday cottage is a haven of peace in the heart of nature. You'll enjoy a large outdoor space planted with trees, calm and conducive to relaxation, which you'll share with adorable animals: chickens, dogs and cats, a few discreet squirrels... and above all Charly the pig, the real mascot of the place!

You'll have access to the swimming pool, shared with the owners who take great care to respect your privacy: heated saltwater swimming pool (dimensions: 8x4mx2.10m max) with outdoor shower and dome security. Open Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Sundays closed for maintenance.

The private terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, so you can enjoy meals al fresco in total peace and quiet.

The Lake de la Cavayère will seduce you with its beaches, hiking trails, water sports and tree climbing. Just a 10-minute drive away, immerse yourself in history with a visit to the medieval Cité de Carcassonne, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Nearby, don't miss the Canal du Midi, Cathar castles, vineyards and farmers' markets. The Holiday cottage is an ideal base for combining nature, culture and the good life.


The air-conditioned Holiday cottage is equipped with:

- A living room with a sitting area with sofas and TV, a dining table, a semi-open, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, beer dispenser, espresso maker, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine).
- From the living room, access to the 1st bedroom-mezzanine (mansard-roofed) with 2 beds 90x190cm.
- Bedroom 2: one 140x190cm bed.
- Separate shower room.
- Separate WC.
- Bedroom 3: folding bed 90x190cm.

Private, secure parking on the property. Pets allowed only on good behavior due to the presence of other animals on the loose! Linen and towels extra at €15 per person.
