Ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the medieval city of Carcassonne, our Holiday cottage allows you to discover one of the most emblematic heritage sites in the South of France. From the Holiday cottage, you can walk to the Cité via the Porte Narbonnaise, visit the Château Comtal, stroll between the ramparts and enjoy the lices steeped in history.

Crossing the Pont Vieux, you'll reach the Bastide Saint-Louis (the lower City), with its lively streets, and the port of the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Carcassonne is a lively city all year round: cultural events, traditional markets, local festivals (vins primeurs, féria, illuminations and Christmas markets), numerous restaurants including several Michelin-starred ones just a few minutes from the gîte.

Just a few kilometers away, the Lake de la Cavayère offers beaches, supervised swimming, accrobranche, waterski lifts, water games, Hiking and lush nature.
On site at the Holiday cottage, you're on a wine-growing estate where you can meet the owner-winemakers.

First floor: bright living room, modern fully-equipped kitchen with central island and dining area, 25 m² furnished terrace, garden planted with olive trees just a few meters from the Holiday cottage, separate toilet.

First floor: 4 bedrooms, including 2 with unobstructed views of the medieval town. 1 bedroom with private shower room, bedding: 2 beds 160 × 200, 4 beds 90 × 190 (including 2 pull-out beds, ideal for Kids). Separate bathroom (bath) with WC.

Private parking on site. Pets allowed on request and at extra charge.
