Fitou au Domaine de Barthe

The gîte is located on the Domaine de Barthe, a former winegrowing estate in the Aude valley, close to the famous Corbières and Minervois wine regions.

It is surrounded by vineyards, one kilometer from the villages of Douzens and Blomac and 2 km from the larger City of Capendu with its many amenities. The estate is just a few hundred meters from the River Aude. Only 50 km from the coast and 21 km from the Cité de Carcassonne. From the Holiday cottage, you can enjoy a wide range of walks. Domaine de Barthe comprises 4 Holiday cottages, each with its own private outdoor space. Common room with billiards, table soccer, ping-pong, library and WIFI connection. Shared 14m x 6m Piscine with Beach, secured by a fence. Shared outdoor play area with petanque pitch, barbecue area with garden furniture. Laundry service available at €5 per 6kg machine.

The Holiday cottage Fitou was an old winegrowers' house, tastefully converted into a 3-bedroom vacation apartment for up to 6 people. With a surface area of 100 square meters, it comprises an open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen, a bathroom with family shower and separate WC, a master double bedroom (1 x 180/200 bed) with shower room and WC, and 2 further bedrooms with Twin beds (4 x90/200 which can be twinned). Outside is a private patio, with table, chairs, barbecue and parking.
