There's an adjoining meadow with swing and a large loggia terrace with garden furniture, plancha and a 2.0x2.50m swimming pool. The Lac des Montagnès, 10 minutes away, is a great place for relaxing, fishing and swimming. The medieval city of Carcassonne is 35 minutes away and Mazamet in the Tarn is 20 minutes. The Holiday cottage comprises: living room opening onto terrace, kitchen with dining area and utility room, bedroom with 160cm bed, bathroom and adjoining WC. Upstairs, accessible via a gallery overlooking the living room, 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds (140) and 2 single beds (90), bathroom with WC. Underfloor heat pump heating and wood-burning stove (included in winter price from early November to early April). Cleaning, bed linen and towels on request. Possibility of accommodating 2 extra people, please contact us. Parking in front of Holiday cottage.
