Just 5 minutes from the Holiday cottage, you'll stroll through the narrow streets of the old village of Gruissan, which lead to the foot of the Barberousse tower overlooking the ponds. In the morning, after a stroll through the Massif de la Clape towards the Notre Dame des Auzils chapel, you'll branch off to the local fishermen's market, where you can enjoy the night's fishing. In the heart of the Parc Naturel de la Narbonnaise, you'll discover the flora and fauna of the lakeshore. You're just 400m from the nearest shops (restaurant, bakery, grocery store). Nearby, enjoy mussels and oysters at the shellfish farm. On site: 2 private terraces, garden furniture.

The Holiday cottage is located on the second floor of a recent, quiet residence with elevator, and comprises a living room/kitchen opening onto the terrace, a first bedroom with 1 sofa bed (140cm), a study area and a private shower room with WC. A second bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, opening onto a second terrace.
