The Holiday cottage and its swimming pool (11mx5m, two levels, 40cm/150cm overflow) offer peace and quiet and a magnificent view of the Alaric massif, which you can contemplate from the villa's two terraces. The surrounding area has been classified Natura 2000, making it ideal for hiking and mountain biking. The location is central to the main tourist sites in the Aude region: Carcassonne, Lagrasse, Circuit Cathares (Termes Villerouge), Minerve, Caunes Minervois.
The Holiday cottage is tastefully furnished with quality materials. Ground floor: a hall leads into a 65m² living room, a 20m² independent kitchen, a large bedroom (1 bed 160) with private shower room. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (12m² each) with 3 double beds (140cm) and 1 single bed (90cm), a large bathroom with bath and shower. Inside a dedicated room, you can enjoy a round Beach Comber Spa, available (optional 200€/s). A large laundry room and ping-pong table are available, as are 2 bicycles. Pets allowed for an extra charge (€40 per stay).
