Mediterranean beaches (Saint Pierre, Narbonne Beach, Gruissan) 25 km away, Canal du Midi 3km. Enclosed grounds of 3000m².
Holiday cottage includes:
-a kitchen opening onto a veranda with barbecue and garden furniture.
- dining room with fireplace.

-shower room (Italian shower), WC.
-garage with WC and summer kitchen.

    maison située à un endroit idéal pour visiter l'aude et le languedoc. Grand jardin pour les chiens et surtout bien cloturé.

    Les moins, la partie climatisation de la maison et les démarches de relève de compteur eau et électricité entrée et surtout sortie un peu longues.
    La rusticité de l'équipement et déco de la maison. Le fait d'être obligé de louer du samedi au samedi.
    Les plus, le très grand jardin.
