Welcome to this single-story holiday cottage in Saint-Nazaire-d'Aude, an ideal holiday cottage for 4 people, located in the heart of the Aude region. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, with family, or with friends, you’ll enjoy comfortable, air-conditioned, and fully equipped accommodations for a relaxing vacation.

Upon arrival, you’ll appreciate the private, secure parking, Wi-Fi, smart TV, and a pleasant private terrace where you can share meals or enjoy the balmy southern evenings. A small terrace with patio furniture is also available.

The holiday cottage features a cozy, air-conditioned living room and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and pod coffee maker. A washing machine in the garage is also available for a self-catering stay.

For sleeping arrangements, the first bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (160×200 cm). The second bedroom features two beds (80×200 cm), which can be pushed together to form a large sleeping area as needed. A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet complete the accommodation.

In less than 30 minutes, reach the beaches of Gruissan, Narbonne-Plage, or Saint-Pierre-la-Mer for a day spent enjoying the fine sand and the Mediterranean Sea.
