Ideally located just a stone's throw from the Canal du Midi (Écluse du Vivier), the perfect starting point for numerous walks and bike rides. Castelnaudary is 4km away, and you'll find all the shops you need within easy reach. You'll have the opportunity to savor the famous local cuisine, including the famous Cassoulet de Castelnaudary, and discover a multitude of local producers (fruit, seasonal vegetables, poultry). The lakes of the Mountain Noire (Saint-Ferréol, Lampy, Cammazes) are just 30 minutes away and offer wonderful places for walking and swimming.
Between Carcassonne and Toulouse, halfway between the Pyrenees and the Mountain Noire. Mediterranean beaches can be reached in just 1h15. The region also has a wealth of historic sites to discover, including the Benedictine Abbey of Saint-Papoul, the charming cities of Revel and Soréze, the Châteaux of Lastours, and numerous Cathar sites.

The Holiday cottage offers a spacious, friendly setting, including a large living room with fully-equipped kitchen, opening onto a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals.
On the 1st floor, you'll find four comfortable bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Double bed (160x200)
Bedroom 2: Two single beds (90x200) or one double bed (180x200)
Each room has its own bathroom and toilet.

The large garden, with its swimming pool, is at your disposal for moments of relaxation in complete tranquillity. A carport is also available. For your comfort, heating is provided by electric convectors and a pellet stove (10€/bag). Housekeeping included.
