This charming former winegrower's house boasts a large outdoor area with a private swimming pool (10x5x1.40), ideal for cooling off or relaxing on deckchairs under the sun.
Two terraces with garden furniture, one with direct access to the barbecue area. An adjoining veranda with furniture for breakfasts or relaxing in all weathers.

The Holiday cottage's location will enable you to discover many of the region's must-see attractions in less than half an hour: Narbonne: its heritage and beautiful beaches, the Regional Nature Park with the Etang de Bages, the typical villages of Gruissan and Lagrasse, and the Sigean African reserve!
