Located on an estate near Montréal (3 other accommodations on site), in the Aude department, this independent Holiday cottage welcomes you to the heart of the Lauragais region, between the Malepère hills and the rolling countryside of the Pays Cathare.
Nearby, discover Castelnaudary and its famous cassoulet, the majestic medieval city of Carcassonne, the peaceful UNESCO-listed Canal du Midi, and the charming village of Fanjeaux, an important part of the Cathar heritage. A region rich in history, gastronomy and nature, ideal for family or group vacations.

On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, wine cellar, Senseo coffee maker), a dining room with a large convivial table, an air-conditioned living room with connected TV, a shower room with Italian shower, separate WC and three bedrooms:

For your leisure or relaxation, there's a pool-house with summer kitchen by the pond (free, authorized fishing), equipped with a 7-seater Jacuzzi, trampoline and beach volleyball net.

Parking is private, Utilities included, and an electric charging station is available free of charge.
Although the freeway is nearby, no noise pollution has been detected inside the Holiday cottage.
