Domaine Las Brugues welcomes you to a warm, authentic setting, perfect for lovers of nature and peace and quiet. This 18th-century farmhouse, nestled between fields of sunflowers and wheat, is located in Saint-Papoul, near Castelnaudary, between Carcassonne and Toulouse. Ideally situated between the Canal du Midi, the Mountain Noire and the Pyrenees, the estate offers exceptional panoramic views.

On-site, enjoy a comfortable Holiday cottage. Facilities include a heated, secure swimming pool (open from May 15 to the end of September), a peaceful pond, a wooded garden with a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees, and a covered play area for Kids. The presence of farm animals adds an authentic touch that will delight young and old alike.


Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house. Housed in the estate's former farmhouse, it has preserved its authenticity with exposed beams and original stone walls, retaining all the old-world charm and elegance of the estate.

The ground floor opens onto:
- Living room with TV sofa and fully-equipped open kitchen (filter coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, mini-oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob).
- Bathroom with WC and shower with massage jets.

First floor:
- Air-conditioned bedroom 1: 180x200cm bed that can be separated to make two single beds.
- Bedroom 2 air-conditioned: bed 160x200cm and 2 Bunk beds 90x200cm.
- Separate toilet with washbasin.

In front of the Holiday cottage, a charming terrace with quality garden furniture awaits you. Protected by a pergola-style awning, it offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills, the majestic Pyrenees and the heated, secure swimming pool.
