Paraza, an authentic village in the heart of the Minervois, on the banks of the Canal du Midi, is situated a few kilometres from Lézignan Corbières. Throughout the year, you can enjoy wine tasting at the Château de Paraza. In addition, you are ideally situated to take advantage of the many attractions that the region has to offer: the medieval city of Carcassonne, the beaches of the Mediterranean coast, Narbonne, the Natural Park of the Haut Languedoc and many others.
On site, the gîte is located within a wine estate whose owners will help you discover their trade. Parking is available.
The gîte is situated above a garage, with a staircase with independent entrance from the street to access it. A pretty terrace of 17 m2 is at your disposal with a garden furniture giving on a calm court. Composition of the gîte: Living room-kitchen opening onto the terrace, lounge. 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds. Bathroom with shower. Independent WC. Air-conditioning and heating in the gîte are extra.

4.5/5Très bon séjour et très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires, le gites est spacieux et fonctionnel, la climatisation est bienvenue en cette période de grosse chaleur et la piscine pour se délassé après des visites aux alentours.
