This Holiday cottage is located in the heart of the Lauragais region, near Castelnaudary, and offers an exceptional holiday experience. You'll be ideally situated for visiting many of the region's must-see sites: the Holiday cottage is less than 30 minutes from the Cité de Carcassonne and the Abbey of Saint-Papoul, and just a few minutes from the Canal du Midi and the medieval town of Fanjeaux.

The region boasts a wealth of gastronomic delights to discover on your vacation, including Castelnaudary's cassoulet, a must-try dish! On site, you'll enjoy a large outdoor area with magnificent views over the plains and hills of the Lauragais region, where you can enjoy walks and bike rides. There's also a private heated Piscine where you can relax and enjoy a drink. The estate comprises 5 adjoining Holiday cottages, each with its own private terrace, which are rented out together. There's a pétanque court and a large outdoor summer kitchen with all the equipment you need to cook and eat outside.

The estate has two single-storey Holiday cottages (Simone and Agnès) with the same layout: 1 living room with sofa, armchairs and TV, and a fully-equipped kitchen area with dining table. 1 bedroom with a 160cm bed, and a 2nd bedroom with 2 90cm beds that can be placed close together (and a bunk bed for the Simone cottage). Separate shower room with WC.

The 3rd Holiday cottage (Nelly) on the first floor has a living room with sofa, armchairs and TV, and a fully-equipped kitchen area with dining table. One bedroom with a 160cm bed, a 2nd bedroom with 2 twin 90cm beds and a bunk bed. An independent bathroom with shower and WC.

On the ground floor, Holiday cottage Julienne has a living room with TV, wood-burning stove and a fully-equipped kitchen area (microwave oven, grill), dining table. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with a 160cm bed, a 2nd bedroom with 2 90cm Bunk beds and a 90cm bed. Separate shower room with WC.

On the ground floor, Holiday cottage Jean-Pierre August has a living room with sofa and TV, a kitchen area and dining table. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with a 160cm bed, a 2nd bedroom with 2 90cm Bunk beds and 1 90cm bed. Separate shower room with WC.
