Toulouse, less than an hour's drive away, completes the range of cultural and gastronomic outings on offer. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x200) and private bathroom: Bedroom 2 on the 2nd floor: 1 bed (160x200), shower room and WC Outside, you'll enjoy 3 hectares of shaded parkland, equipped with garden furniture and a plancha for outdoor meals. The heated Piscine, shared with another Holiday cottage for 2 people, is open from May 1 to October 30, and is secured by barriers. It is complemented by a private Spa for 6 people, located in the immediate vicinity. Ping-pong, a pétanque court and volleyball-badminton nets are also available for relaxation. Private parking is available on the estate, and utilities included.
