Surrounded by vineyards and natural landscapes, this Holiday cottage will seduce you with its proximity to all amenities while you enjoy a peaceful stay.


Just a 5-minute drive away, you can go shopping in a number of establishments of your choice, or take a trip into the City to discover the historic heritage of Narbonne la Romaine (the Via Domitia, the Narbo Via Museum, the Cathedral of St-Just and St-Pasteur) or the lively center with its famous Halles. The beautiful Mediterranean beaches are less than 15km from the Holiday cottage. Whether you're a couple, a group of friends or a family, there's plenty to do in the surrounding area: Massif de la Clape, Parc Naturel Régional de la Narbonnaises with its beautiful ponds and atypical villages, Sigean African reserve or Fontfroide Abbey.


On site, the estate offers a veritable haven of peace, where you can take short hiking trails in close contact with nature. The communal swimming pool (to be shared with a Bed and breakfast) is ideal for relaxing and refreshing after a day's sightseeing. The entire garden is accessible and fenced, and there's a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue for you to enjoy moments of conviviality.


The Holiday cottage is accessed via an independent external staircase leading directly to the first floor, where you'll find the entrance with an airlock:
- A living room with a large cooling fan ideal for summer, a sitting area (sofa and TV), a dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen.
Second floor:
- Two independent bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm bed.
- A separate bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC with washing machine.


WIFI connection. Bed linen included. Towels optional (5€/person). Cleaning fee of 35€ extra. Pets allowed on request only.
