In the heart of the Audoise countryside in a natural environment, discover Domaine de Segonne

Located between Bram and Montréal, just 20 minutes from Carcassonne and all its cultural attractions. There are many places to discover within easy reach of the estate: Cité de Carcassonne, Canal du Midi, the medieval village of Fanjeaux and Castelnaudary. The Sea and the Pyrenees are only 1 hour away, should you wish to spend the day there. On site, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside on foot or by bike. Kids will enjoy visiting the animals on the estate (ponies, goats, sheep, chickens).
A large private terrace in front of the Holiday cottage is available, with garden furniture and a barbecue, to enjoy relaxing moments in our beautiful region. Private parking is available on the estate. There's also a private heated swimming pool (6x4 m, 1.50 m deep) open from April to the end of October. Petanque court, ping-pong table and trampoline are shared with the other two Holiday cottages on the estate.
The estate also offers the possibility of organizing corporate seminars with all the appropriate facilities, as well as wellbeing stays (yoga, etc...) with the use of a yurt.
The single-storey Holiday cottage comprises: a living room with air-conditioned kitchen, opening onto the large terrace. One bedroom with 1 x 160/200 bed, en-suite bathroom and WC, a second bedroom with 1 x 200/210 bed, en-suite bathroom and WC, communicating with a Kids' bedroom with 2 x 90 bunk beds. Electric heating. Electric vehicle charging station, or possibility of renting an electric ZOE for €50 per day.
