Located between Bram and Montréal, just 20 minutes from Carcassonne and all its cultural attractions. There are many places to discover within easy reach of the estate: Cité de Carcassonne, Canal du Midi, the medieval village of Fanjeaux and Castelnaudary. The Sea and the Pyrenees are only 1 hour away, should you wish to spend the day there. On site, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside on foot or by bike. Kids will enjoy visiting the animals on the estate (ponies, goats, sheep, chickens). A large, fully private terrace in front of the Holiday cottage is equipped with garden furniture, a pizza oven, a brazier, garden furniture and sun loungers to enjoy relaxing moments in our beautiful region. Private parking is available on the estate.
You'll also enjoy our private, heated Piscine, open from April to the end of October (12x5 m, depth 1.50 m to 2.50 m). The other two Holiday cottages share a petanque court, ping-pong table and trampoline. The estate also offers the possibility of organizing corporate seminars with all the appropriate facilities, as well as wellbeing stays (yoga, etc...) with the use of a yurt.
The Holiday cottage comprises on the ground floor: a separate kitchen, a separate toilet, a lounge with fireplace, a living room with fireplace and video projector, opening onto the large terrace. First floor: 1 bedroom with 1 x 200/210 bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 x 180/200 beds, 2 bedrooms with 2 x 200/210 beds and 2 x 90/200 beds. 2 shower rooms with WC and 1 separate WC. Second floor: 1 bedroom with 1 x 200/210 bed and 1 x 90/200 bed. Electric heating and wood heating included. Electric vehicle charging station, or possibility of renting an electric ZOE for €50 per day.
