In the heart of an estate with remarkable architecture built between the 16th and 19th centuries, you'll find a pleasant and unique place to stay with friends, family or business for a special occasion (weddings, seminars or even a simple family reunion).

Surrounded by pine trees, cypresses, vineyards, and olive groves, you’ll be far from the hustle and bustle, enjoying complete tranquility. The estate’s team, who live on-site, is at your disposal to make your event an unforgettable experience. They also have a large shared swimming pool on the estate, which you’ll share with another holiday cottage and the Bed and breakfast rooms (16x8x2.20). The estate is well-located for visiting many nearby attractions (the City of Carcassonne, the Gouffre de Cabrespine, Minerve, and Lagrasse). The cottage is a semi-detached house and is attached to the owners’ home.

Access to the cottage is via a separate entrance leading to the first floor; on this same level, it includes:

- Living room/kitchen (microwave, 2-burner stove, espresso machine)
- Separate bathroom: 2 showers, double sink, toilet
- Bedroom 7: one 140 x 190 cm mezzanine bed
- Bedroom 8: two 120 x 190 cm beds.
- Bedroom 9: 8 bunk beds (90 x 190 cm).
- Bedroom 10: 8 m²: 140 x 190 cm bed
- Bedroom 11: 8 m²: 130 x 190 cm bed + kids’ bed
- Separate bathroom: bathtub, double sinks.
- Separate toilet.
