In the heart of an estate with remarkable architecture built between the 16th and 19th centuries, you'll find a pleasant and unique place to stay with friends, family or business for a special occasion (weddings, seminars or even a simple family reunion).

Completely renovated in 2020 in keeping with the architecture of a fortified farmhouse redesigned over the centuries, it is the only ERP 3-rated establishment in Occitanie.

Surrounded by pines, cypresses, vineyards and olive groves, you'll enjoy peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. The estate team, who live on site, are on hand to make your reception an unforgettable experience. There's also a large communal swimming pool on the estate to share with another Holiday cottage and the Bed and breakfast (16x8x2.20). The estate is well-situated for visiting many nearby sites (Cité de Carcassonne, Gouffre de Cabrespine or Minerve and Lagrasse). Semi-detached house with owners.

Access to the Holiday cottage is via an independent area leading to the 1st floor, which includes:
