The holiday cottage is rented with the seminar room included in the price. It was completely renovated in 2020 while preserving its architecture as a fortified farmhouse that has been adapted over the centuries.

Surrounded by pine trees, cypresses, vineyards, and olive groves, you’ll be far from the hustle and bustle, enjoying complete tranquility. The estate’s team, who live on-site, is at your disposal to make your event an unforgettable experience and provides professional equipment: a fully equipped catering kitchen, a sound system, ample restroom facilities including accessible restrooms, and a well-lit, private parking lot. There is also a large shared swimming pool on the estate, shared with another holiday cottage and the Bed and breakfast (16x8x2.20) The estate is ideally located for visiting many nearby attractions (the Citadel of Carcassonne, the Gouffre de Cabrespine, Minerve, and Lagrasse). The semi-detached house is attached to the owners’ home.
