The Holiday cottage is rented with the seminar room included in the price. Completely renovated in 2020 in keeping with the architecture of a fortified farmhouse redesigned over the centuries, it is the only ERP 3-rated establishment in Occitanie. It offers four indoor venues and two outdoor courses! The unique capacity of the Grand Chai allows you to welcome up to 500 seated guests for a very large event. The Maison de Maître and the Gîte du Puits can accommodate 1 group of over 35 people.

The estate's team, who live on site, are on hand to help make your reception an unforgettable experience, with professional facilities including a catering kitchen, sound system, plenty of toilets and disabled access, and private, illuminated parking. It also boasts a large swimming pool (16x8x2.20). The estate is well-situated for visiting many nearby sites (Cité de Carcassonne, Gouffre de Cabrespine or Minerve and Lagrasse).

Set of 4 Holiday cottages:
- 1st Holiday cottage (12 people): the Maison de Maître, on the ground floor, a living room, a fully-equipped independent kitchen, 2 independent WCs. Upstairs, 5 bedrooms, separate WC, 3 shower rooms (shower, WC) including 2 private to 2 bedrooms, separate shower room.
- 2nd Holiday cottage (14 people): independent outside access leading to the first floor, it comprises 4 bedrooms, an independent bathroom (bath), an independent shower room (2 showers, WC), an independent WC. A PMR bedroom is located next door.
- 3rd Holiday cottage (6 people): ground floor: living room with kitchen, separate shower room, upstairs: 3 bedrooms and separate toilet.
- 4th Holiday cottage (6 people): ground floor: separate kitchen, living room and dining room. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms and separate bathroom (bath, WC).
