In the heart of an estate with remarkable architecture built between the 16th and 19th centuries, you'll find a pleasant and unique place to stay with friends, family or business for a special occasion (weddings, seminars or even a simple family reunion). The Holiday cottage is rented with the seminar room included in the price. Completely renovated in 2020 in keeping with the architecture of a fortified farmhouse redesigned over the centuries, it is the only ERP 3-rated establishment in Occitanie. It offers four indoor venues and two outdoor courses! The unique capacity of the Grand Chai allows you to welcome up to 500 seated guests for a very large event. The Maison de Maître and the Gîte du Puits can accommodate 1 group of over 35 people.

The entire 5-épis estate is available for rent, including a large living room. It was fully renovated between 2020 and 2025, preserving the architecture of a fortified farmhouse that has been remodeled over the centuries.

It offers three indoor spaces and two outdoor courtyards! Its beautiful main house, modern west wing, and the “Gîte du Puits” holiday cottage allow you to comfortably accommodate up to 36 people.

Surrounded by pine trees, cypresses, vineyards, and olive groves, you’ll be far from the hustle and bustle, enjoying complete tranquility. The estate’s team, who live on-site, is at your disposal to make your event unforgettable and provides professional facilities: a fully equipped catering kitchen, a bar, ample restrooms with accessibility for guests with limited mobility, and a well-lit, private parking lot. It also features a large swimming pool (16x8x2.20) and a bocce court. The estate is ideally located for visiting many nearby attractions (the Citadel of Carcassonne, the Gouffre de Cabrespine, Minerve, and Lagrasse).

- 1st holiday cottage (15 people): the Main House, on the ground floor, featuring a living room, a wheelchair-accessible bedroom, and 2 separate restrooms. Upstairs: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (shower, toilet)—2 of which are en suite to 2 bedrooms—a separate bathroom (shower), and a separate toilet.
- 2nd holiday cottage (15 people): separate exterior entrance leading upstairs to a small kitchen/living area; it includes 4 bedrooms and a dormitory, a separate bathroom (bathtub), a separate shower room (2 showers, toilet), and a separate toilet.
- 3rd holiday cottage (8 people): on the ground floor, one bedroom, a separate shower room (shower), and a kitchen; upstairs, 3 bedrooms, a separate shower room (shower), and a separate toilet.
