Domaine de Puychêne - Basilic

Véronique and Philippe welcome you to Domaine de Puychêne, a fully-renovated 19th-century winegrowing estate, in a complex of 10 Holiday cottages with private areas, garden furniture and barbecue, and a shared swimming pool. In summer, we offer wine tastings and a weekly outdoor dinner.

You'll be staying in the heart of the village of Saint Nazaire, close to Narbonne and the sandy beaches of the Mediterranean Sea. Just a few kilometers from the Canal du Midi (ideal for hiking or mountain biking) and the famous port of Le Somail (2.5km), an ideal place for lunch or dinner thanks to its many restaurants... Le Site du Somail also features an original bookshop and a grocery store on the water. Close to the Holiday cottage, you'll discover a rich territory, where vineyards and olive groves mingle. In Bize Minervois, you'll discover the Oulibo olive-growing cooperative. As you head further inland, you'll come to the town of Minerve, overlooking the Minervois terroir. Every week in season, the owners will show you their passion for local wines with a tasting organized by a winemaker. In the village, you'll enjoy the pleasure of shopping on foot, having a drink on the terrace of the village café, and a food market every Sunday morning. On the estate, you'll enjoy a shared swimming pool (12 x 5) heated in the off-season, a communal park with ping-pong table, swing, soccer cages, a communal relaxation room with table soccer, etc...
The Holiday cottage comprises a private garden with garden furniture and barbecue, on the ground floor: living room/kitchen, separate toilet. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, each equipped with 90/200 beds that can be twinned to 180/200 on request. Shower room with WC. Electric heating extra charge above 20 kwh/day. End-of-stay cleaning compulsory (80 € to be paid on site to the owner).
