Just 8 minutes from the famous medieval city of Carcassonne and 1 km from the UNESCO World Heritage Canal du Midi, this Holiday cottage is ideally located for discovering the riches of the Aude region. Walks along the canal, strolls on the banks of the Aude (less than 100 m away), Hiking and Fishing will delight young and old alike.

Your hosts, passionate winegrowers, will be delighted to share their world with you: visit the estate and taste their wines, for an authentic and convivial experience.

The Holiday cottage is semi-detached, and is composed as follows:
First floor:
_A dining room,
An air-conditioned living room with sofas and TV,
An open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, traditional coffee maker + Nespresso coffee maker (aluminum pods),

First floor:
_An air-conditioned corridor leading to the first two bedrooms,
One bedroom with a 140cm bed,
One bedroom with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed,
A bedroom with a 160cm bed and its own private balcony, air-conditioned,
A bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.

Terrace with classic barbecue.
Private Piscine (8x4m, 1.70 m deep, with a 30 cm beach for the little ones), open from May to the end of September.
