There's also a separate Holiday cottage on site. You're in the heart of the Mountain Noire, with a magnificent panorama of Carcassonne and its city, as well as the Pyrenees mountain range. There are many walks and mountain bike rides starting from the Holiday cottage. Depending on the season, you can also go chestnut or mushroom picking. In this part of the Mountain Noire, you can visit the Chateaux du Pays Cathare, Lastours and Saissac, as well as the Lake des Montagnès, where swimming is supervised. Mazamet in the Tarn and the Cité de Carcassonne are 30 minutes away. The owners will share their passion for beekeeping with you.
The Holiday cottage comprises a large living room/kitchen opening onto a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, and a separate toilet. Upstairs: one bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and en-suite shower room with WC, one bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed and en-suite shower room with WC, one bedroom with 3 x 90cm beds and en-suite shower room with WC. Large private terrace in front of the door, parking on the property.
