Domaine de Granet

Since 1938, Domaine de Granet has been a family-run farm, where vines and cereals were once grown. Today, the family cultivates 17 hectares of almond trees and 6 hectares of pisachio trees in an environmentally-friendly manner.

Its geographical location, at the foot of the Malepère Massif and overlooking the Pyrenees, gives it a feeling of space, calm and freedom.
In the house, which has seen generations of agiculturists come and go, you'll find a feeling of space and comfort, and when only one room is occupied, the most peaceful calm reigns. Nestling in the hills of the Malepère wine region, surrounded by woods, fields and vines, Domaine de Granet is 5km from the village of Villarzel on the way to Malvies, and 25km from Carcassonne.
Simone and Albert welcome you to their family home. Granet's table d'hôtes is a delight to eat at, where almost everything is homemade. When your taste buds come alive, you can smell the fruits of man's labor.
3 rooms are available in one part of the family home: Bugarach for 2 to 3 people, with a beautiful Italian wooden bed, a large shower room and en-suite toilet; Pyrénées for 2 people, with a large shower room and toilet; and Malepère, for 2 people with a view over the land, a shower room and toilet.
