Situated in a green, wooded setting, the Holiday cottage welcomes you to a vast, fully fenced estate, where tranquility and security rhyme with serenity. You'll enjoy a private swimming pool (3x3.5x1.20m) just for you, perfect for cooling off in total privacy, as well as a large communal pool (15x7mx2.20) ideal for swimming. A shaded pétanque court awaits you for games to the rhythm of the cicadas.

In the surrounding area, the Narbonne region is full of treasures to discover. Stroll through the narrow streets of Narbonne's historic center, admire the Saint-Just cathedral, or explore Roman remains such as the Via Domitia. Nature-lovers will enjoy strolling through the Parc naturel régional de la Narbonnaise en Méditerranée, or the wild beaches of Gruissan. And don't miss the local Markets, the wine estates of the Massif de la Clape, and oyster tastings on the shores of the Etang de Bages. The Holiday cottage is fully air-conditioned (each room has its own temperature control) and comprises the following rooms on the first floor:

- Large living room with sitting area, TV, dining table, fully-equipped semi-open kitchen (espresso and filter coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven).
- Laundry room (washing machine).
- Separate toilet.
- Bedroom 1 adapted for disabled guests.
- Private terrace with garden furniture and Piscine.

First floor:

- Bedroom 2 with balcony access.
- Bedroom 3 with balcony access.
- Bedroom 4.
- Bedroom 5.
All 5 bedrooms are equipped with a 160x200cm bed and en-suite shower room (shower, double basin and WC).
