Ideally located just 20 minutes from the medieval city of Carcassonne, you're also close to many tourist attractions, including the medieval village of Fanjeaux, the castles of Saissac and the UNESCO World Heritage Canal du Midi. On site, you'll find an outdoor area with terrace, garden and Piscine to enjoy the warm weather.
The estate has 4 different rooms, the first of which is the Suite for up to 5 people, with a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, and a second bedroom with 2 90cm beds and 1 130cm bed.
The second Denis room is for 2 people, with a 160cm bed and private shower room and toilet.
The third bedroom, Créole, sleeps 3 with 3 single beds (90cm) and a bathroom with bath and toilet.
The fourth Geo room sleeps 2, with a 140cm bed and en-suite shower room and toilet.
Breakfast is included and is served in the dining room in winter, or on the wooded terrace in summer.

Muccis Hosting as it used to be!
Our stay at this Gites was like taking a trip back in time, when things were slower, more gentle, more human. It was a real pleasure to be hosted by Monsieur and Madame Sarrail. The house itself is a working farm, in the middle of fields and countryside, with animals on the doorstep, from chickens, to frogs, to cows, to horses. The suite we were in was very large and comfortable with two separate bedrooms and a bathroom off the main bedroom which is excellently equipped with a toilet, shower, and bath. The bed in the main bedroom was the most comfortable of our stay this time around in the area. Breakfast was ample, with fresh baguette, cheese, and home-made products including jams, cake, and pate'. Mons. & Mme Sarrail were on hand and made sure to keep us company with delightful conversation. We would love to be back!

Maison magnifique, accueil généreux et authentique, nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit dans cette belle chambre, mais nous nous souviendrons longtemps de ce délicieux et complet petit déjeuner (la confiture d'azerolles...).
