Located in Fabrezan, in the Aude department, the holiday cottage is set in a landscape typical of the Corbières Vineyard, nestled among the garrigue, vineyards, and gentle hills of Cathar country. The estate stretches across vast open spaces dotted with meadows and fruit trees, offering a particularly rejuvenating setting for your stay.

Just 200 meters away, a small river provides access to a natural beach perfect for swimming, relaxing, and fishing. A two-person kayak is available so you can enjoy the river in a different way, at the pace of the landscape.

Outdoor enthusiasts will find numerous hiking trails and mountain biking routes starting right from the property. Nearby, the region’s must-see attractions await you: the castles of Cathar Country, the magnificent Lagrasse Abbey, and the Mediterranean beaches, all accessible in about 30 minutes. The village of Fabrezan, located about 1 km away, has essential shops and local services.

A stone farmhouse with old-world charm and comfortable insulation, this accommodation offers a simple and lively atmosphere:

The semi-detached house is attached to the owners’ home; they live on the property with their two dogs, while still ensuring guests’ privacy and tranquility.
Fans are available in all rooms during the summer months.
