The Holiday cottage has a lovely 500 m² enclosed landscaped garden, a beautiful 8x4 swimming pool open from May to the end of September, with a solarium beach and sunbathing areas. For nature lovers, signposted Hiking trails in the Monts d'Alaric are 5 km away, offering panoramic views over the Aude plain. For culture buffs, the region has many treasures to offer, including Cathar castles, the Cité de Carcassonne, Fontfroide Abbey and other Museums. White-water sports base 4 km away.
The house comprises: large living room/kitchen opening onto a lovely pergola terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Laundry room and bike/motorcycle storage, shower room with WC. Upstairs, on one side of the Holiday cottage, a master bedroom with 160cm bed and shower room/WC. On the other side of the Holiday cottage, accessed by another staircase, three bedrooms. One bedroom with a 140 double bed and a 90 single bed. Another bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and the last bedroom with a bunk bed. Also on this floor, a bathroom and separate WC.
Table soccer available. Enclosed parking for one car on the property, with further spaces available outside.
