Holiday cottage on the edge of the Gruissan village lake, a stone's throw from the Barbarossa Tower and village shops.

The starting point for trails along the edge of the pond, where you can discover the area's diverse flora and fauna. Nearby, you can visit the Gruissan salt marshes and enjoy the Mediterranean beaches. For Hiking enthusiasts, the Massif de la Clape is 2 km away. The resort has all the shops you need for a pleasant stay. Entrance to the gîte is via an inner courtyard, with space for bicycles, beach equipment (and even a vehicle up to 4.35m long). The Holiday cottage comprises 3 bedrooms (2 x 160cm beds and 2 x 90cm bunk beds) on the ground floor, which is reached by a few steps. Bathroom with WC, double washbasin and large walk-in shower. Large terrace with planted area, garden furniture and plancha. First floor: large living room with fitted kitchen, two covered terraces overlooking the pond and village. Sitting area in the living room with TV. Bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and en-suite shower room. Separate WC. Mezzanine area above living room.
