**Comfortable and cozy**, the Cosy Occitan is a peaceful retreat just outside the city, close to amenities and near the main roads leading directly to the medieval city.
This single-story, detached villa is well-equipped for 2–4 adults.
You’ll enter into the spacious, bright living room, which opens onto a large, well-furnished terrace where you can dine, relax, or play (a ping-pong table is available).
The living room features a comfortable sofa bed for two people, a TV, and free Wi-Fi.
The open-concept kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals to enjoy in the dining room. At your disposal: a large fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a Senseo coffee maker. We provide basic essentials (oil, salt, sugar, etc.).
The modern and functional bathroom features a double sink and a whirlpool tub for you to relax in after a day of sightseeing. You’ll find a hair dryer and a drying rack. Separate toilet with a window
A cozy and spacious bedroom offers a restful night’s sleep in a double bed (bed linens and pillows provided). A shower, a walk-in closet (with an iron), a dressing table, and a small TV complete this room.
Outdoors: Le Cosy Occitan is situated on a large, fenced-in lot of 400 m² with a barbecue for grilling.
Dogs are welcome if they belong to responsible owners (prior agreement required; 20 euros per dog).
The villa is located on the outskirts of the city, allowing you to enjoy peace and quiet and the natural surroundings (easy and free parking) while still being close to amenities and tourist attractions.
What could be more romantic than exploring the famous medieval city, strolling hand in hand through the cobblestone streets!
Carcassonne is home to many Restaurants where you can enjoy regional cuisine and fine local wine.
The nearby Canal du Midi (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) is a great place to rent a bike or take a cruise.

La villa construite par Idalio est spacieuse et confortable. L'emplacement est parfait pour rester au calme, dans un cadre verdoyant mais proche du centre ville (15minutes a pied)
Parking facile et gratuit, accès direct pour découvrir la région avec son célèbre château médiéval, ses vignobles, ses lacs et ses montagnes.
Nous sommes impatients de vous recevoir et vous aider a passer un séjour inoubliable en pays cathare.

Verlaine Cosy occitan
Ce logement est parfaitement propre et très bien équipé, mais nous avons été gêné par le bruit des voitures lié à son emplacement très proche d'un rond point. Le fait que pratiquement toutes les fenêtres soient équipées de grilles en fer est très angoissant.
Le centre ville n'est pas tout proche et il faut la voiture. Pour notre arrivée notre hôte était visiblement très pressée et les explications ont été très succinctes, notamment pour le fonctionnement de la télévision qui est assez compliqué. A noter que la TV annoncée dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas. Voilà par rapport à tous nos autres déplacements nous sommes un peu déçues.- Cleanliness

Bonjour,
Merci de votre avis et vos commentaires positifs concernant la propreté et l'équipement complet de notre gîte. Il est vrai que nous mettons tout en oeuvre pour permettre à chacun de passer un agréable séjour.
Cependant, je regrette que notre hébergement n'ait pas entièrement répondu à votre exigence. Pourtant lors de votre départ, tout semblait parfait.
Concernant l'accueil, nous sommes disponible tout au long du séjour ; d'ailleurs, à votre demande, nous sommes repassés pour vous (re)donner les explication concernant la TV ... mais il est vrai que nous ne faisons pas un check-in a rallonge.
Enfin, concernant la situation du gite : le centre ville est a 15 minutes a pied, et jusqu'à présent, les vacanciers ne nous ont pas signalé de nuisances (les menuiseries étant bien isolées).
