Suitable for up to 4 people, the house is ideal for couples coming to stay in the medieval City for a few nights or for a longer stay! This former pizzeria has been tastefully renovated for a comfortable vacation in modern, atypical accommodation.



On site, you'll find a large outdoor space with a covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, table soccer and table tennis, surrounded by a large fenced garden suitable for Kids and small pets. There is private, secure parking inside the property for one car, and if there is a 2nd vehicle you can park easily in front of the Holiday cottage. There's a supermarket 100m from the Holiday cottage and a sales agent 2 minutes' drive away (restaurants, Cinema, stores).


The Holiday cottage is located in a quiet residential area. Nearby attractions include the Canal du Midi, Lake de la Cavayère, the splendid scenery of the Mountain Noire, the Cathar castles of Saissac and Lastours, and charming Midi villages such as Montolieu and Caunes-Minervois.



The Bungalow opens onto a large living room with a sitting area (double sofa bed, armchair and connected TV, dining table) and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. An independent, modern and spacious bathroom offers a beautiful whirlpool bath where you can relax. The bathroom is equipped with a double basin and an enclosed toilet. And to round off the visit, a magnificent bedroom with a 140cm bed, TV and en-suite shower, all decorated in a warm, modern style.
