Nestled in the heights of the Massif de la Clape, the Holiday cottage offers an exceptional setting for a rejuvenating vacation. You'll find a private heated swimming pool where you can relax in total privacy, and an exotic wood Nordic bath.

You'll find large terraces and cocooning areas with magnificent views of the surrounding countryside: Sea, ponds and vineyards. It's the perfect place for relaxation, with yoga sessions or massages by the pool in the shade of the pergola. In the evening, as the sun sets, you can relax in the Nordic bath with a cocktail or glass of wine and watch the sky go by. A barbecue is available for grilling. Around the Holiday cottage you can enjoy Hiking through the Clape to discover the Gouffre de l'Oeil-Doux.

On site, you can discover the renowned wines of Château la Negly and be surprised by a tasting and a tour.

Many of the region's jewels are just around the corner: Narbonne la Romaine with its remarkable heritage, the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean, the typical village of Gruissan and its famous chalets, the Sigean African reserve, the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park and Fontfroide Abbey.

On the first floor:

- A large living room with sofa and TV, a fully-equipped open kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, espresso maker), a back kitchen ideal for caterers (fridge-freezer) and a dining area with large tables.

- Laundry room with washing machine.

- Bedroom 1: 160x200cm bed and TV

- Bedroom 2: two 90x200cm beds that can be placed close together, TV and en-suite shower room (shower, double basin and WC).

- Bedroom 3: one 160x200cm bed, TV and en-suite bathroom (bath, double basin and WC).

- Separate WC.

- Bedroom 4: one 160x20cm bed
