Old stone enthusiasts will be delighted by the medieval city of Carcassonne, while Sea lovers can stroll through the narrow streets of the village of Gruissan or enjoy the nearby beaches. Add to this the discovery of the local terroir: wineries, farmers' markets, olive groves... an art of living to be savored without moderation. Families will also appreciate the proximity of the Sigean African reserve, a must-see in the region.

Cuxac d'Aude is a lively, welcoming wine-growing village, typical of the south of France, where you'll find all the local shops you need: bakeries, restaurants, market, supermarket, pharmacy... The Holiday cottage is set back from the owners' house on the same plot. It shares a wall with another Holiday cottage, but each is completely independent.
