From the room on the 2nd floor, enjoy a breathtaking view of the famous Dinosaur Hill, a fascinating paleontological site where traces of these extinct giants have been discovered. Next door, the village church adds a touch of heritage, while guaranteeing a peaceful, nuisance-free environment.


Nearby, the banks of the Aude River offer charming picnic areas where you can relax. You'll be staying in the heart of the Haute Vallée de l'Aude, in a natural setting that's ideal for a vacation focused on discovering the environment, gastronomy and rich heritage of the Pays Cathare. The heights of the village reveal majestic panoramas of mountains as far as the eye can see.


There's a grocery store and bar on site, and other shops are 5 minutes away in Quillan. You can enjoy a wide range of white-water activities, including Fishing, at a leisure center 5 km away, with supervised swimming. It's also a starting point for hiking and mountain biking. Just a few kilometers away are numerous cultural sites, including the Cathar castles of Puivert and Lapradelle Puylaurens, and the Cité de Carcassonne, 1 hour away. The dinosaur museum at Espéraza and the Thermal baths at Rennes-les-bains are also not to be missed.
