Located in Mas Sainte Puelles, between Toulouse and Carcassonne, Château Ferrabouc is set in the open, luminous landscape of the Lauragais region, an area marked by history and ancient traffic arteries. The Canal du Midi is just a few minutes away, offering great walking and cycling routes, while Castelnaudary invites you to discover its famous cassoulet in a convivial atmosphere. More broadly, you're ideally located for visiting Carcassonne and its medieval city, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Cathar castles perched in the Corbières, the Naurouze threshold and Lake Ganguise, a popular spot for outdoor activities. Toulouse, less than an hour's drive away, completes the range of cultural and gastronomic outings on offer. Set in a quiet, verdant estate, the 500 m² château is laid out as a large detached house, perfectly suited to hosting family or friendly groups of up to 15 people. On the first floor, an independent apartment accessible from the outside, you'll find a convivial living room with a dining area, a fully-equipped open kitchen, and two bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed, private shower room and WC. The second floor offers a second living area with a separate, fully-equipped kitchen, a pleasant lounge and a dining room, allowing everyone to find their own space. There are also three bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed and its own private bathroom or shower room with WC. On the second floor, two apartments connected by a landing, an open kitchen and a separate kitchen, a living room and three additional bedrooms offer great flexibility of occupation, particularly for tribes or stays combining vacations and Telework.

The private heated swimming pool, open from May 1 to October 30 and secured by barriers, is complemented by a private 6-person Spa located nearby. Ping-pong, a pétanque court and volleyball-badminton nets are also available for relaxation. Private parking is available on the estate, and utilities included.
