Situated in the heart of nature on the banks of the Canal du Midi (direct access from the estate), this single-storey Holiday cottage with swimming pool offers you a comfortable and peaceful stay!

You'll be able to recharge your batteries by taking beautiful walks or bike rides along the Canal, and the Holiday cottage is also right next to the small lake on the estate, where you can fish for carp. A lovely Piscine is available to cool off in fine weather, shared with the Bed and breakfast but with direct access (11x5m saltwater pool).

Bram, with its unique medieval circular village, Saints-Julien-et-Basilisse church and Eburomagus museum dedicated to archaeology. The UNESCO-listed Canal du Midi is a great place for walking and cycling, while the Buzerens Lake is ideal for water sports. Nearby Carcassonne, the medieval city, and Castelnaudary, the capital of cassoulet, are the perfect complement to a visit to Bram. Toulouse, the pink City, is less than 50 minutes away.

The Holiday cottage has a large 45m2 private terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue, leading directly onto the summer swimming pool. Bicycles are available on loan. On-site, private, secure parking for your car.

This single-storey Holiday cottage opens onto the living room with its fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (2 ovens available), lounge area with sofa bed for 2 extra people and TV, and dining area overlooking the terrace.
